weight gaining

i dont own any weights but im hoping to get some for xmas,at the moment im rather skinny im 15 years old, about 5 foot 5 and i weight about 9 and a half stone (sorry dont know wht tht is in pounds) i did put on some weight buy eating lots of pasta, bread chicken and stuff but then i started doing exercises like crunches and pull ups and now ive lost tht weight again. should i stop exercising and put on weight rdy for when i get my weights or should i continue to do exercises and stay same weight?? Thx steve P.S am i eating right foods for weight gaining? |

Thx mate so i weight about 133pounds
i would ideal like to be about 168 pounds ish is this possible to achive or am i an ok weight and just skinn cos lack of musle? |

168 would be more then ideal for ur hieight...but would be great if its not alot of fat in it....
