ankle injury...help

    Question ankle injury...help

    about 2 yrs ago in a basketball game i had...i went to block this girls shot and on the way down i landed wrong on my ankle and i sprained it really bad and it never healed properly so if i dont excersise for a long period of time and then excersise then i have problems with it for like 3, 4 days....i was just wondering if u guys know of any good stretches or excersises i can do to help it out!

    I have heard you can strengthen your ankles by rotating the foot in circles, rotating direction. I'll try to do some searches on the web, and see what else I can find for you.

    damn i just sprained my other ankle in my bball game 2nite!! so that makes two bad ankles now!! looks like as soon as this one heals i'm most def gonna do those excersises!!
