knee cracking
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com It started one night and I was careless and didn't bend my knees much when jumping off something, and it has became progressively worse. My knees, aside from cracking loudly almost every time I bend them, have felt terrible. sharp and dull pains up, down, front, or back of both knees when I move around (especially if I walk down hills) My friend told me to do some stretches like lay sideways and lift my leg, sitting on a chair lifting my legs, sit against wall and stand up, and flex them while sitting. It's getting worse each week and I need help soon, is there anything else I should do or any certain way I should change my daily life and movement? I'll do anything... Thanks so much..

sounds like bursitis to me. basically inflamation. have you tried asprin? it could be somthing more serious but i doubt it. take a regular dose of asprin for a few days. if that doesn't help you may want to go to the doctor and get cortisone shots.

if they go away stop. if they come back start again. the asprin is safe, but you don't wanna take it if you don't need it.

I would not recommend cortisone shots. I got one just recently in my sternoclavicular joint (collar bone area) and it did nothing for me except make me a little sore. Im sure they have there place but it did not help me at all.
