What do you think about...
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com This program, for 16 year old. Thanks a lot.
All exercises are performed 8 reps by 3 sets unless otherwise noted DAY 1 Military Press Upright Rowing Bench Press Flat Bench Incline Flies Tricep Extensions DAY 2 Dumbbell Rowing Deadlift Squats (20 reps by 3 sets) Dumbbell Curls Barbell Curls DAY 3 Pretty well a rest day, however crunches and cardio may be performed. Now back to DAY 1 and the cycle continues... Thankyou very much for any advice that is given, Dan. |

interesting...if you're set on the two day upper/lower routine I would recommend two days off in between.

Thanks for the advice. I will try the two days off thing, but it seems like too much rest. I am always very keen to hit the weights.
