How much do you weigh? What kind of legpress? Until I know that.. I kinda don't know. Although that's pretty good weight to be pushing at 13 - there is other variables.

I weigh 190 with 14% body fat, it's a 45 degree press.

and 700 isn't my max, it's what I do reps with

If its a legitimate leg press yes. When I was in high school, we had a multi-machine leg press, and people put the chair back as far as possible, making it pretty worthless.

It depends on how you're doing them, recently a high schooler told me he could squat 550lbs, of course his reps are about 1/4 of the way down.
