im looking for a good leg workout that i can do at home. I always workout at home because i feel i can concentrate more on everything i need to do, but i have always lacked motivation when it comes to my legs. So i need what exersizes you all do how many set/reps for each and what helps to keep you motivated when working your legs, cause i hate working mine.
