I looked it through a little bit, It's very possible. Decent schedule also, I wouldn't do it because I have my own schedule but if your looking to start somewhere that wouldn't be a bad place to start.

Workouts form magazines are very pimpersonal and not directed towards your needs. You may have to tweak it a little bit to what you want.

ps....stop reading Muscle & Fiction. it is a waste of your time.

My Girlfriends mom works at a hair salon so she just grabs me a copy of M & F every month. I wouldn't pay for the shit myself.

Anything you need to know, you can most likely ask someone on this forum and they'll know what too do. I know that my knowledge has increased at least two-fold just from becoming a part of this community and soaking everything I can in.

No, I do not even browse thru it at the grocery store it's so bad.

I have a subscription to MD (Muscular Development). However, I am not that thrilled with their recent changes, they are getting very similar to MuscleMag, and if it gets worse I will not be renewing my subscription.

Whoever said they read Muscle Media, sorry but that mag is a joke...it's the male version of Muscle & Fitness hers.

Muscular develompment is okay

Ironman is okay also, the have some good writers

Milo is a really good strength/power lifting type journal which comes out quarterly. It has alot of good articles about trianing in it. You can get the subscription from ironmind.com

The NSCA quarterly journal is also very good.

1/3 of the price for less and in most cases misguided information?? Doesn't sound like a deal to me. I mean don't get me wrong Muscle and Fitness and Flex are great magazines if all you want is good pictures, unless trash talk and banter, very little science and toliet paper at the end of the month.

M&F seems to be turning it around. This months has a leptin article by Par Deus, for example.

Yeah, actually I read that leptin article, it was good. I really liked the one that he did for Ironman a couple of months back.

I'll let you know if they pick up my Carb Cycling article.

In reality though, I am sure it depends on how badly they want the article (i.e. the topic, who the author is, etc.).

I'd just be happy to get in print, and some free advertising for Avant.

I do like MD, and they seem to have the latest and greatest, as far as info and studies, but there are a ton of ads.

Its like AOL. Pay heavily for the product, still get slammed with ads, people come back for more.

Why waste your time looking at something that tries to tell you can look like Ron Coleman by using some stupid ass milk shake. And how many work outs for arm do these guys have? I have seen like 10 issues with Ronnie Colemans secret arm workout. "Finally Ronnie Speaks Out for the Tenth Time!" But wait all ten workouts are different!!! Yeah right! How many damn different excercises are there for your arms. I might be able to name 10 if you add in Beating Off and opening beer bottles.

There are always many claims those workouts are ghost written, not thier workouts at all.
