    enuff weight?

im 15 and weigth 120 Ib (light i know) im about 6.5ft,
at skool weve got one of them fly pec things and a few other muti gym sorta things,
ive noticed a few people my age say they lift 200IB-250Ib odd and on the pec thing i lift around 85-95ib should i up the weight im currently doin about 12 reps with this sorta weight on it??
and with chest dips do i need any extra weight added as i am very light?
and also a few of the regular gym pupils in our skool do for example a sit up with a weight on there chest and occaslany sort of hold the sit up at 45degrees so there abs are tensed alot and then they relax. is this helpful or is it liable to pull somthing?

6'5 and 120 lbs. is a mistake - it has to be. I've never heard of anyone that light except maybe extreme circumstances like holocaust victims or something.

I knew two males a little under 120 pounds at about 6 foot or 6 foot 1, and they looked like war camp prisoners, they were two Japanese brothers.

If you are taller at that bodyweight, you are probably in a very unhealthy state, ultra low bodyfat, bone density, etc - do you drink milk? What is your diet like?

With another 100 pounds I would still consider you skinny at 6'5", unless you meant 6 foot and 1/2".
