oh ya bro, feel great, thanks for askin'

i'm about 95% healthy. still have a tiny cold (nothing bad though) and some shit in the back of my throat (but he told me he loved me hahahaha). so when i'm at the gym, i cough once in a while, can't breathe as well (plus i have asthma), and have to blow my nose occasionally during my w.o. other than that, couldnt be better (right now i'm the biggest, strongest and most ripped i've ever been, but coming to the end of my cycle now though )

(but ordered a shitload more, so there's always next time )

i don't want to argue at all, but i still don't believe your boy can pop 650.

there are MONSTERS at my gym that have been training for over half their lives (guys in there 30's and early 40's). most are natural, a few are not. i have seen them with my own 2 eyes bench 600lb, incline 400, shrug with LITERALLY 9, yes 9 45's on each side of a barbell, squat 500lb and are barbell curling almost 200lb.

yet, they cannot dead 650.

It's funny you say that Flex. I thought about you after having my accident . I had remembered you mentioning something about yours. Well in any case it was a good thing neither one of us had any injuries. My order was sick, finals, accident, police .

Premier,

Thanks for being sympathetic.
I was actually out celebrating the completion of the final and getting over being sick when the accident issue occured .
It really sucks. One of those things you just want to forget ever happened.

I definately know what you mean about the diet thing. That is something else that usually falls when your going through stress.
Especially during the X-mas season. I've been eating Fudge and missing my 5-6 small meals. I've been eating like 2 large meals lately ... Well at least I got a good bicep workout in yesterday.
I think I am going out to do my triceps tonight.

Man, sorry to hear that. Finals are stressful enough, let alone having to deal with an accident.

I am doing pretty good, thanks for askin. I have been trying to bulk up, but it is pretty hard to keep to a strict diet I am getting better at it LOL, just need some practice

It sucks to be sick. I got over mine and then when you think it is gone the damn thing seems to recirculate. My gf just got it back and I'm hoping I don't get it again for a 2nd time around

Well Randy, i hope you didnt get a DUI or anything like that.....

i'm assuming its your fault. but bro, honestly, the worst thing you can do is worry about it. that doesnt to anything whatsoever. believe me, i'm only 22 adn i've been in 5 car accidents (2 totaled, 1 outta the 5 was my fault, which was one of the totaled). when i totaled my car, man i was shook up. i couldnt freakin believe i was that stupid. but, like i said, it doesnt do any good to worry.

you wanna talk about bad car luck, (get this, a year later after i totaled my car, i'm at my gf's house. parked my jeep outside her house. was literally there for 5 mintues, and some chick who was putting on her makeup smashed and total my grand cherokee with a dodge neon. middle of the day, sunny as can be, couldnt have been a straighter road)

although it seems like the end of the world and like it will never "right" itself, believe me, it just takes patience then everything will be fine.

p.s. at least your in cali bro! damn, you got the Governator!!! haha

Thanks Flex...

Fortunately there was no citation, just one of a bad memory and severe depression as a result. It was more of a case of weather conditions and other complications.

You are right though, it doesn't do any good to worry. One thing I like to enforce is that we have all experienced incidents in our lives that we would like to erase. I also emphasize the good in that no injuries resulted from the accident.

nah...

i've seen 1 guy shrug 9 plates, and a different guy doing squats of 500lb.

excuse me, squatting 6 plates on each side, so what's that....585?

my point is, these monsters at my gym, who've trained for 15 or 20+ years can move some SERIOUS weight, yet i've never seen anyone dead 650, like that 15yr "claims" he can do......

I hate to be the doubter, but I'd have to see it to believe it, likewise - especially for a guy that is only benching half his deadlift, it is just severely out of whack.

Most of the bars in my gym seem to be the 500# capacity Olympic bars. At least 2 of them are bent, one severely. There is only one guy that I have seen though that moves serious weight, and he is a bit fat (powerlifter). Most of the bodybuilders although big, use slow lifts and pretty light weights.

i cant shrug for jack shit, and honestly im not even that strong everywhere else, just i guess my legs r nuts, i can squat almost 500 lbs, and deadlift almost 650 (believe it or not ) but yet i cant even push 300 on bench, and have no idea what i could shrug, not exactly sure why. also the question about how low of bodyfat to see veins, that all depends, one of my friends id about 7% and can never see any veins untill hes pumped as hell, yet plouffe who is about 5 or 6%, can see crazy veins in his sleep

Usually if you can deadlift well you should be able to shrug a house, traps are hit in the deadlift as that is part of the back.
