Stay fat, you wont have to look at your awesome vascularity. Or of course if you dont workout, your body wont have a large need for blood supply.

So I'm going to say stay on the couch, make sure to watch no less than 4 hours of television daily, and make sure to supplement with plenty of trans fats and a several pints of ice cream daily which you can wash down with beer.

    Good luck!

None of mine are very huge or anything, but if the muscles require blood supply then the body will adjust to meet these demands. So to avoid vascularity, become a lazy fat slob, then again carrying around your newly-desired fat may increase blood demands as well. Hopefully your bodyfat will cover that up, perhaps upping your sodium intake via pizza and crackers will help fix this problem.

When the skin becomes thin it will also show the veins better. Fina seemed to clean up my bodyfat a bit and I got some good vascularity in my chest and shoulders from it, moreso than before anyway. I have had decent amounts in my forearms from doing forearm work. At my level I dont think its dicsusting, I worked hard to get here so I love it.

Feet could well be due to blood pressre. I know that diabetics have blood flow problems later in life, so feel glad that you dont have that issue, they end up losing sensation and sometimes fall over from lack of feeling (like a cat without its whiskers).

I also have some nice 'new' veins in my biceps that I didn't have as much of before.

well now you know. If your body needs blood, it will adapt. If you are not abnormally fat, you will see things below the skin better.

I am at around 6% and cant hardly see any veins... I mean I have some, but nothing like others. I was told that I have "thick skin" is this true? Or am I just carrying too much water?

That may be possible My viens wouldn't show if they didn't bulge out. And I have thick skin, so I'm not really sure.

Everyone is different, again it also depends on blood requirement. If you lifted nothing and were low bodyfat, you may not see much. Genetics are at play also. I am around 14% bodyfat and can see a fair amount, but I also have a fair blood requirement since I put up fair weights

Hey PreMier.... nice to see ya.
I've been out of circulation here for awhile due to finals. Then after they were over last Friday I was involved in an incident that resulted in me getting in a car accident . I'm just now trying to recoupe and get that incident out of my mind, so I am back for the time being . So how have you been PreMier?

Man, sorry to hear that. Finals are stressful enough, let alone having to deal with an accident.

I am doing pretty good, thanks for askin. I have been trying to bulk up, but it is pretty hard to keep to a strict diet I am getting better at it LOL, just need some practice
