Are muscle spasms in your back, after training, normal?

I believe it normally means not enough water intake or electrolyte imbalance...

No, eso no es normal. Trata de tomar agua mas que los que tomas normalmente. recuerda de calentarte antes de las pesas.

When I use PH's, I get more wicked spasms.
