agreed, we cannot assess a routine that does not give the sets and reps.

the 4th and 5th to faliure in 4-6 range
the 6th is a drop set to faliure

And as well, the diet.

People are far too quick to jump on the "overtraining" bandwagon, without looking at all the factors/concepts involved.

im not jumping on the bandwagon just i dont really know I am sorta new at this so i fig ilwould ask people that know. only one way to learn. Through reading many posts i have been able to learn a lot about nutrition and training but when you read so much conflicting stuff I sorta get lost in it.

I sincerely apologize.

I was speaking in general, not specifically against you.

Why do additional sets beyond failure? That will lead to overtraining. Also, are you truly training to failure? That is a key indicator for your training progress.

I dont really know i just went into a gym last year and started working out i was at like 180 36"waist and worked my ass off to get to where i am now at 147 28.5" waist 5%bf. I actually just brought magazines in with me to teach me (that sucked a lot of people where raggin on me) so now that i have found this site and other forums i want to progress further and want to know how i can inprove my traing
