Hi all,

when I am doing this exercise the back of the bench is at approx 80-85 degrees. Should I have my back against it or should i be vertical?

That is approximately where I put my bench at because when I'm perfectly verticle it seems like it bothers my lower back more. Plus you want to have your back against the pad for better isolation of the shoulders. However people are going to be different and how ever it feels the best for you bro just go for it! I have a bench in my home that has 15 positions so I can find my nitch.
