to me - overtraining... your shoulders get hit doing chest and back .. then doing 11 sets some what isolating them...
Military Press, Lateral Raises, Upright Rows, Rear Delts... 3 sets each of the first 3 lifts and 2 for the last?

Yes, but I usually either do lateral raises or upright right rows in a workout, not both.
