WTF are the muscle fibers that run along the rib cage between the pecs and the lats?
It seems if you get your bf down low enough they become a bit apparent, but are there any ways to work them ? |

oops I just saw b/o answered that for you. sorry for the duplication. If your curious to know how to build them,,, hanging leg lifts to the front and to the sides are one excellent excercise to build them.

Those are the Hardious As hellious to build muscles. I think that is the scientific name for them??

Yeah, mine never showed up until I started really doing alot of pullovers for my chest.
