My 'Given' workout
just recently i got a personal trainer.
he puts me on a program and it goes like this : 3 x 15 chest press(machine) : 3 x 15 shoulder press(machine) : 3 x 15 triceps pulldown(machine) : 3 x 15 biceps curl(machine) : 3 x 15 bench press this would be on a upper body day. last time i used to training with my own bodyweight(i am only 15). would this be enough or too little for me? |

This your first time using weights?
If yes, it's an alright plan. It'll acclimate your body to weight lifting, and give you a chance to learn proper form for a variety of exercises. He should put you into a routine with a lower rep range in a few weeks. Is that just a portion of the routine? Did he give you a lower body workout? It's missing your back and legs. |
