I was woundering who else has tried this exercise (bicep curl/shoulder press) and what results have they got from it. Bassiclly for anyone who has not done it you use a curl bar. Make sure its a weight you can both curl and press. Then curl it and press it above your head. I will usually do 5 sets of this the 1st) 6reps 2nd) 8reps 3rd) 10reps 4th) 8reps 5th) 6reps. Anyways the reason i ask is because when i do this im more focused on my shoulders so when i use weight that i can just straight curl for 8 reps i can usually do curl and press for 10. and while i dont really feel it in my bi's when i do it i deffinatly feel it the next day. I just wanted to know if anyone else has done this or any other combined workouts like this in which they do more for one part of there body then normal.
I dont really know if that all makes sence but thanks for any info regaurding this exercise or any like it.

I usually do biceps and shoulders the same day. I do super sets of standing alternating curls and hammers in between my sets of side and front delt raises. I use to hit arms by themselves and I think that I was overtraining. I got good results from arms and shoulders. Although it makes alot of sense to do arms on back day because of all of the pulling motions, but I like to focus just on back on back day. What ever works for you.
Arnold Presses are Effin wonderful, I just wouldn't through in a bicep curl, just the initial curl to get the weight up... But yeah ARNOLD PRESSES are the shit.
