Usually one side is a little stronger than the other side and that's with all of us.
I would keep curling with the bar but also use the dumbbells for individual work. When using the dumbbells, try to work your left arm a little harder and maybe it will eventually catch up. However, in my opinion, whenever you break a bone it's never as strong as it use to be even if it fully heals. So do the best you can bro and don't worry about it. Whatever you do, never give up!
