    Toning

    Getting toned and defined requires what kind of approach..I would like to see my arms without flexing to hard..Also can you spend more time at the gym to do this with more excercises?

    nope, it's all diet/nutrition.

    when I am cutting my training is basically the same, except I add in some cardio.

    Thanks, no the only thing I do is pro-hormones, 1-test and 4ad.

    As soon as I feel lean enough (currently cutting for spring/summer competitions) I will post some current pics.

    Sounds good Prince, Thats all I think I'd go with also, just legal PH's... Like I'm recieving some 4ad and 1-ad for christmas, But I feel like the gains I'm getting are great and I don't even think I'll be using the PH's for like 3-4 months.
