Mine shut down at 5 today. Got me thinking though. Past 3 years I've been away on vacation during Christmas and worked out in hotel gyms. I was thinking of sneaking it to one tomorrow, but decided just to max out today.

I have less than $50 worth of steel in all of it. I am going to make a new bench as the one I have is to weak.

It just takes a little know how. Being an engineer I can use the drawing programs at work to help do some designing.

I prefer not to max out... sometimes.. but it's more about mass and look for me more than max. The strength will come. THe mass and look is the 1# shiit for me.

Since I workout in my garage, and it's under the house, and it's 68º year round, I hit chest and back tonight.
Oh and the bride got me two more pairs of dumbells for Christmas.
