    Exclamation My Workout scheldule

This is my workout schedule. i thought i would post it and see what everyone here thinks of it.
Right now i work everything twice a week than once a week but it comes out to 4 or 5 days rest in between mucsle groups.

    Week 1
    Mon. -- Chest and tri's
    Tue. -- Bi's and back
    Wed. -- rest
    Thu. -- Legs
    Fri. -- Chest and tri's
    Sat. -- Bi's and Back
    Sun. -- Rest

    Week 2
    Mon. -- rest
    Tue. -- Legs
    Wed. -- Chest and Tri's
    Thu. -- Bi's and Back
    Fri. -- rest
    Sat. -- Legs
    Sun. -- Rest

Also right now i work out at home with no spoter so i use light wieghts for things like bench and i usually work with a wieght until i can get 3 sets of 12 or 15 reps and one set of 5 reps of 5 lbs heavier (this is for bench). So far i have had good results as far as increase in strength is concerned. I need to work on my diet more to start getting the size gains.

So please let me know what you think or let me know what works for you

    Peace

Train everything hard once a week.If you can do more ,you`re probably not training hard enough. You only grow at rest, not while training.

Thanks tjwes for the advice, but if my strenght keeps increasing how could i not be training hard enough. Also doesn't everyones body respond differently to things such as the amount of rest needed, and the workouts we do. I have done the workout once a week per body part and so far i have responed musch better to this.
I don't mean for that to sound condasending, but i am trying to learn more about muscle growth and repair as an individual not a majority.

Thanks again and if you or any one can explain further it would be apreciated.

    Peace

SOS, If this works for you by all means persue it.I just think that you`d probably be even better if you did less days a week. Not a big deal ,we`re all different and we all respond differently to different methods.Good luck!!

Schedule looks good for sure, all of the core stuff is there.

I noticed that you aren't training your shoulders or delts though. Any reason?

Also what if any cardio or Ab work are you doing?
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
