Exclamation A BaLLa needs another BaLLa's help...

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Hey guys, currently im on AAlert2 again. Im 6'0, but havent recorded any dunk on any center my age yet...so you know what im gunning for...

P.s Is AAlert2 considered a plyometrics?

(Each practise is 2-3 hours|Currently in-season...)
Monday: Practise/Gym(Upper Body)
Tuesday:AAlert2(Second Week)
Wednesday: Practise/Rest
Thursday:AAlert2(Second week)
Friday:Practise/Gym(Lower Body)
Saturday:Practise/Practise(Or AAlert2 If there's only 1 practise tt day)
Sunday:AAlert2(if there's 2 practises on sat...)

I need some advice from more mature, older athlethes(ballers, footballers, soccer players etc.) if this is great schedule to
increase my vertical jump and my game. i go pretty hard in practise and do regular sprints. i get about 9-10 hours of sleep per day.

My coach says i have great potential to turn pro one day... Nba or even just perharps an Australian league. I really want to turn pro 1 day and get big money... so im giving myself the best i could... I know i can get great information here and hope people here would help me, im would be getting an elite membership soon... this a gr8 board!

So... what ya'all think of the workout?

I was on the track to professional soccer, but long story.

Workout looks good. Keep eating well, sleeping well, and stay focused.

Set detailed short term goals over the next few months and years to attain. You have a long ways to go, pace yourself so you don't get burned out.

I am 18 and i play college football and for me the best excersie for vert and 40 yard dash is squats. This season i got moved from defensive end to linebacker so i dropped alot of weight and did alot more squats than usuall and i went from a 4.9 40 yard dash to 4.65 in a few months and i also got 5 inches more vert and im not done yet.

sprinting and plyos are both great ways to stimulate the fast twitch muscle fibers that are in the hams and calves, these are what you shoudl be focusing on for you vert and quickness. I have used teh air alert2 and had good results with it. I am only 5'8" and I was getting up there, and that was before I knew shit about training. I say to stick with only three times/week during the season along with the workouts you are doing. Focus on very heavy calf training as well in teh weighht room, and like IronS said, hit up the wind sprints as well when you can. You don't want to over do things though and you most likely do alot of running during practices so thats wht I say just stick with the 3/week untilk the off season. Hope that helps man.

squating and plyometrics are not the same thing. Squattin won't necessarilly make you jump higher
