So what should I be eating after a cardio workout?

    Protien Shake
    Then
    Chicken / Salad / Rice?

    Or is that too much?

Remember I am Bulking, but doing cardio to cut some of the fat up that I still have.

Have a fast acting protein shake made with whey...maybe just one scoop. Then, 30 min later eat a whole food meal of protein, starch, and veggies or salad.

Well, if you are cutting I would simply lower or delete the starches in the food meal.

Is it better to do 3 cardio sessions throughout the week or 1 big one?

    like

    3x 40min (15Run/10Cycle/15Ski)

    or

    1x 1hou40min (20Run/20Cycle/60Ski)

My guess would be the 3 smaller ones in the morning, becuase I am bulking, but it is very uncomfortable having this bloody spare tyre of mine as I enjoy going out and it is hard to look good with this extra weight.

I'm not a big fan of the endurance type cardio. A lot of us here to HIIT. It's worked well for me when I feel my bf is getting high. Do a search in the training forum for lots of threads on this.

Definitely 3 smaller rather than 1 big one!
