Abs are made in the kitchen!

Diet is key...

To actually make the abs larger... you can do weighted ab exercises 3 times a week at most... decline weighted crunches 3 times a week with some random oblique exercises 2-3 times a week is plenty...

Are you kidding me????

you should not do abs more than twice a week, you will overtrain them and than you go no where, if you want abs than have a good diet and lots of cardio. Now, next thing i should tell you is that you schould not do cardio more than 4 times a week either because of the same reasons of overtraining, do some swimming but most importantly no matter how much you train abs you will not see them unless you burn tht fat by eating "healthy" food.
PS: if you don't want to lose a ot of muscle take it easy, do about 1 pound per week, it sound's to me like you need to do more research about training and nuitrition before you start bodybuilding

Excuse me? No matter what you have abdominal muscles. You can have 50% bodyfat and still have stronger and bigger ab muscles than some guy with a ripped out 6 pack. I agree with that a 6 pack is made in the kitchen, but abdominals aren't. You can't obtain other muscles buy just eating? Correct? Biceps are made in the kitchen? lol you know what I'm saying. I know where your coming from though.

so PLOUFFE WIN'S MOTHER FUKKER.

You wanna play huh? ok, you do all the lifting you want, but you can't eat... see how big your muscles get... no matter what, you can't build any muscle without the "kitchen" however, using my own bodyweight in the kitchen I can build muscles while you look like a freakin corpse...

Game, Set, Match... MAYO!

well, you both are right, because if you want nice abs you have to train them very hard so they grow just like any other muscle, but then comes the hard part and that is to show them, so see both of you are kidna right but im the "rightes" heheh
