adding an inch to your arms in a week

what does every1 think of this program...it says that it will add an inch to your arm in about a month but 2 me it sounds like overtraining...

i think it has more to do with proper nutrition

The best I can ever recall is 1/8th inch a day for me.

Well that article includes forearms. So like like adding all the gains from your forarms to your upper arms.. So possibly..

No way, the reps are too high, the time frame is too short and they forgot to include the AAS cycle needed to make that type of gain.

Uh, 1 inch to your arms in a month is different than in a week, like the subject says... I guess it's theorethically possible.. I mean, not all muscle... But eh, I'm not convinced.

it might be possible if u were just beginning bodybuilding..u would see the addition pretty fast
