After a workout
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I have now been training for about three months, and I am starting to feel and look a little better, but I would like to know, is there anything that I can do after a workout, so that I don't feel too worn out later and tired later on? I heard that if you take a cold shower, that is supposed to help. If anybody could help me I would be most grateful.
