No More Muscle

Ok here is the deal. I am trying like hell to get smaller in size and no matter what I do I keep growing. I know there are people that can't grow on here that are cursing me right now

What I really need to do is go on a massive cutting program, but I have always trained for mass so I am kind of flying blind here on what to do.

Should I stop using creatine and restrict my protein use (about 250-300gr a day)? Should I eat smaller meals, should I lift lighter weights with more reps? I don't really love the cardio work, but do about 20-25 minutes each time i work out. Usually just run on the treadmill and grunt about it the whole time.

I have been successful in making the transformation back to the gym life now, but I have to get crackin on my goals. Only 8 months until the wedding.

When I cut here is what I change:

Lower cals a bit, mainly from reducing my carbs.
Reduce starchy carbs, especially in the evenings.
Add some cardio.

Powerlifters trying to stay in a certain weight class just restrict calories.

Why only a month? If you want to hold a lesser weight, this has to be permanent.

you need to be on a strict diet, it's not just about cutting some calories either.

I am currently on a very strict "cutting diet". I probably should have been more clear on my above post.

eat clean
drink more water,at least a gallon a day minimum
eat frequent smaller meals 6-7 per day
do HIT cardio 5-6 days a week
create a calorie deficit
train hard, doing one bodypartt each day
Post your current diet ,and I`ll tyr to fix it up to help you reach your goals.

What I meant was after a mnth or so i should see some results if I am doing this right. If I don't see any results than I need to take further measures.

This is indeed a permanent thing, trying to form the body I am happy with rather than a body I can deal with.

If you dont see the results you want, dont work out as hard. Use lower weights, drop 1-2 reps, etc

You will notice that nobody using the pink and blue dumbells seem to be "muscular"
