Need help with a workout Schedule

When it comes to a schedule I'm pretty much clueless.

Right now I just do Monday chest and triceps and Wednesday Biceps.

I'm going to be joining a gym so I'll finally have equipment at my disposal.

I want to train 3-4 days a week. Monday, Wed, Fri most likely.

I don't know what muscles I should do on the same day or even what exercises I should be doing.

Sorry for the extreme vagueness of this question but I'm pretty clueless

My goals are to just get bigger and stronger. I'm 5'11, 158lb and going on 18 in January.

    Thanks
    Jesse

Well, 3 days a week you could do somehting like this:
day1-upper push (chest, front and side delts and triceps)
    day2-legs
day3-upper pull (back, rear delts, biceps, traps)

    or

    day1-chest/back
    day2-legs
    day3-shoulders/arms

For a 4 day split you can try:
    day1-chest/bi's
    day2-back/tris
    day3-legs
    day4-shoulders

    or

    day1-chest
    day2-back
    day3-legs
    day4-shoulders and arms

You can pretty much very it and do what ever you want so long as it makes sense and works for you. I have seen some pretty wacky training programs but they worked for the person doing them so go figure.

This one looks the best for me.

Would it be ok to do them Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday becuase the other days I have school and work.

And how many exercises should i do for each muscle?

    Thanks again
