Deadlift question?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com hey all , hope everyone hada great holiday.
ok so i decided to try deadlifts, i read all that i can find and tried them yesterday. i stayed with good form and all. but i just didn't know if i should after each rep let go of the bar, and then start the next rep. or should i hold the bar the whole time. hope you understand what i am saying. i tried it both ways. also does this really hit the whole body? side nte these things kicked my ass. |

I never loosen my grip on the bar, but for a split second i let the bar rest on the floor then i explode back up with as much force as i can produce.
I know that when P-funk deadlifted with me back in the day he wouldn't even let the bar touch the ground, he would go back up when the bar is about a few inches off of the ground. |

Yeah, I used to only go down to a hang position but now I like to go down to the floor and fully reset for each rep. It is a deadlift so I liek to be just that. I actually touch the ground and even loosen my grip a little bit and then grasp the bar and pull from the floor for the next rep. I actually find that I get better results by reseting like this at the end of each rep. To each his own though. |
