    Ab help

I'm going to Cancun in a month, and I'm a little lacking in the ab department. I'm 5'10, 140lbs and 5% bf. It's not that I need to slim down or anything, but they're just kinda small. Does anyone have a good workout that could bulk them up a bit in that time frame?

Try doing about 8 sets of ab work 5 times a week.I find they can be worked quite often with good results if you don`t go overboard on volume!

WOW! I checked out your web site. You look fantastic! I am impressed. Question.... when you say 8 sets of ab work, do you mean say 8 sets of rope crunches AND 8 sets of leg raises AND 8 sets of incline weighted crunches? OR do you mean 8 sets ALL TOGETHER? And how should I define overboard? I am 5'7 about 125 lbs, I don't know what my BF is. I am not fat at all, but I want a six pack.

    Thanks for any suggestions!!!

Sapphire,Thank you for the kind words.I meant 8 total sets, but only because he needed results fast. This isn`t what I would normally recommend for abs. Here`s one of my articles on my ab training philosophy.

Only if SHE wants them! I`d much rather see a woman with a tight waist than with a roll of fat ,wouldn`t you?

barbie-tiny waist and a flat tummy would be enough for me
I have abs for her..so why should she need it?

Anyway a tight waist is a sign of good health...i support that idea.

Yes I want a six pack! My tummy is flat already, not a Barbie doll waist though!! She would have like a 15 inch waist if she was a real person!

My boyfriend has a rocking six pack BUT I want one TOO!!

I am not sure if I can get one though......
