Is this a good routine for me, i wanna know if it'll work toward my goal of fat loss

    hello im new here
and i don know if this'll help
    but im 5'9
    15 years old
    171 pounds

i started running about 1 week ago and i've been running everyday, i run at 5 mph for 30 minutes straight
then i start walking for 10-15 minutes
today i was in the mood and i ran for 50 minutes and walked for 20 minutes
and i eat every 2-3 hours, not alot just enough
and i wanted to know if my routine is killin my muscle
i'm thinkin of adding a 2 dumbell workout after where i jus lift 2 dumbells and do some pushups and some situps for 30 minutes
my goal is to lose fat and just slim down

and i know about HIIT, but its much easier for me to do this since im used to it and since i'm too lazy to keep settin the speed higher and lower for HIIT, it'll bust the treadmill too

is this a good routine?, i do it EVERYDAY

    the help'll be appreciated thanks

you will lose fat and muscle, probably about equally if you continue this, which will make your metabolism increasingly slower.

you would be much beter off cutting that cardio in half (at least) and start weight training.

You can do push-ups, pull-ups, plyometrics, lunges, and many other calisthenic-type exercises if you do not have weights.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
