how should sets be done?
Probably a really dumb question, but I keep getting conflicting answers. What I want to know is: when doing 3-4 sets, should I do my entire workout 3 -4 times, or should I do each exercise 3-4 times before moving on to the next exercise? If it matters, I have no interest in losing weight, I am strictly building mass. Please help!

Do 3-4 sets in a row, otherwise we are talking about half of your workout being walking around the gym and racking/unracking/re-racking weights all the time. Part of the point is to tax the muscle, then move on and let it rest, not keep coming back to it after only a modest workout.
