    one year of steady lifting and no supplements
    im 6 foot 185

    bench 225X 13
    squated 415X 3
    i dont know one rep maxs but you can get an idea from that ......

    225 x 13? aint that a little to many reps....why not aim between 4-8 instead

    but definatly those are some good numbers... good job

    im a junior in hs thats how we chart prgress..how many reps of 225

    When I was 15 we had only a few guys who could bench 225 at all, nice.
