    Choice of cutting or bulking.

    Howdy,

I've been training for awhile and been reading the forum pretty much everyday. I appreciate all your input.

The problem I have is I’m currently about to start on the 5th,
Doing a 5 day split with sat/sun rest.

Mon - Morning - HIIT Cardio
    Evening - Legs
    Tue - Back
Wed - Morning - HIIT Cardio
    Evening - Chest & Abs
    Thu - Shoulders & Triceps
Fri - Morning - HIIT Cardio
    Evening - Biceps
    Sat - Rest
    Sun - Rest

    Workout Time - 40-45min
    HIIT Cardio - 20-25min

BUT! There is always a but isn't there... hmm... I want to loose about 12cm which is about 5 inch around my waist, now this is something that has always bugged me and is killing my confidence and self esteem.

Now should I change this routine to suit loosing this fat around my waist? or will this be able to take care of it? Should I be resting more?

I’m a hard gainer I believe, Hard to put on Muscle / Easy to put on Fat.

I suppose the next thing is my diet. I eat 5-6meals a day, with my job its sometimes hard to get out of a meeting to have some food.

This is an example of what I plan on eating,

    5:45am - Banana
    6:00am - HITT Cardio
6:45am - Protein Shake (How many scoops?)
    7:30am - Breakfast - 3egg whites 1 yoke & toast
    10:30am - Banana & Yoghurt
12:00pm - Lunch - Chicken or Beef with Rice
    3:00pm - Tuna & Avocado & Rice Sushi rolls (1 Roll chopped into 6)
    3:30pm - 5g Creatine
    4:30pm - 5g Glut
    5:15pm - Start Workout
6:10pm - Finish Workout & Protein Shake (How many Scoops? I would think 2 scoops)
    6:45pm - 5g Creatine
7:00pm - Dinner - Chicken or Beef with Salad (Or should this be pasta? or both?)
    8:30pm - Glut
    10:00pm - ZZZZZZzzZZZzzzzzz...

Im sure there are somethings Im doing wrong. So any info would be great. Thats about all I can think of at the moment.

    Cheers

Losing the weight wil come from your diet. Your training program looks okay. You should go over to the diet froum and read the stickies about proper eating habits. The bang out a sample meal plan and post it so that others can help you arange it.

You really only have 3 meals listed there other than the shakes.I`d lose all bread, fruit, beef, and dairy products ,just until you lose some of the inches on your waist.Pre-cardio drink some whey 45 minutes before.Eat more egg whites, chicken, and tuna as well as other fish.eat 6 times daily every three hours.Once you lose the weight/inches slowly and gradually introduce the deleted items back into your diet. You have to create a calorie deficit to lose weight.Keep protein high and ctcle carbs.

If you want to lose some poundage you should get rid of those bananas and avacodos, they are high in fat. Throw some fiber veggies and lean meat and fish in there. Thats just what I've been told. Definatly go to the diet forum and read up on those and look through the sample meal plans. I did great on those then learned to modify it myself.

BTW do you work bi's or did I just miss it?

na, but they are quite sugary, i think they have glucose in them which causes blood sugar levels to rise slightly, which ain't good when losing weight

apparently they are fine on a bulk

its funny though, i don't eat half as much as i used to after hearing that, worried they'll make me fat, lol

its like they say you shouldn't drink milk cutting

    peace
