Few questions about this routine:
What is "Dropset?" Should I use lighter weights for the "Rep-Range" |

A dropset is when you do one set and immediatley drop the weight or have a barbell/dumbell on hand with a lighter weight and go at that till failure, i.e. 200lb bench, on the finish set drop the weight to 100-125lbs and keep going immediatley with no rest till failure.

Just FYI from some of what i've heard GoPro tell others -
His P/RR/S routine is designed for moderate-advanced lifters. I'm assuming that since you dont know what dropsets are, you might be closer to a beginner. There are other routines that might be better for you. If you'd still like to use GP's routine, though, i've seen him recommend the following split for non-advanced lifters: P/RR/P/RR/S GL ![]() |
