I am just trying to work out a bodybuilding plan what would suit me.

I am currently in the process of working on a huge protein intake diet to build muscle mass but i need a great step by step building muscle mass guide.
I have searched the net, forums, books etc but get confused.
My main goal is to look like Arnie,Van Damme, Tito Ortiz in size or around there. Im 5ft 11 - 154 pounds and not healthy.
I am working on a diet plan so thats getting there now i need you's to help me.

Main areas i like are, huge chest, abs, arms, trapezius thats what i like on those people i mentioned but i wanto also work other areas.

    Can you please help me.
    Cheers
