IMO only a trained eye.
![]() but by looking at those measurements everything needs to be increased, so just focus on building overall mass and size proportionally. |

Your chest and neck are big. You need to bring your arms up to about 15-16 inches. The same with your calves. Do not neglect any bodyparts though. Your thighs are also on the small size.

Do you guys have to measure the biceps when at rest, or flexing? Because I'm a bit above 14 inches relaxed, and 15 when flexing... I wonder which one counts.

If I didn't throw it away I have a chart somewhere, there is also the classic Greek proportions chart all over the net.
I would just work on everything though unless you SEE something out of balance. Unless you compete, over worrying about such things seems kind of nonsensible, because you are not likely to naturally have any one bodypart explode out of proportion anyway. |

Most people I know flex their arms while measuring.. And yes the flexed measurement counts..

This is only based on wrist measurement which seems kind of shoddy. I am bigger everywhere except neck. I will try to find the chart later, I may well have trashed it, it was in a Bob Paris article. It was a Muscle and Fitless thing, so I may not have felt it worth saving after having it for so many years. |
