People have grown even into thier early 20s, avoid caffinated products and smoking.
I am 6'2", my dad is about 6 foot, and yet my 18 year old brother is 5'6"I however did eat alot and drank milk frequently, where my brothers grew up on soda and garbage food. Some people can eat like crap though and still grow so who knows.
If you dont track your calories you will never figure what it takes to increase weight, it is a very simple science, but guesswork wont give you the results you want. If you are averaging 2500 calories a day through the week lets say (some days more, some less) then you will have to go beyond that to increase weight. I am eating enough right now to make me uncomfortable at times, but my weight goes up without a doubt, and the diet is on paper not just in my head.
Protein is but one macronutrient, to put on weight you are going to need some quanity of carbs and fats in there too, just eating meat all day long isn't enough.
Matching your protein intake with carb intake in a 1:1 ratio for example instantly doubles your calories (discluding your fat intake).
200 grams protein a mere 800 calories
200 grams carbs a mere 800 calories, total discluding fat we are only at 1600 calories which is NOT very much at all.
Fat is of course 9 calories per gram, adds up quickly
So if you have trouble gaining weight, 400-600g carbs through the day would not be unheard of, but write your diet down now so you have a starting point. Add another 500-750 calories to your daily totals spread as evenly as you can.

Everyone has given good advice here. My lifestyle as a teen was pretty shitty (i.e junk food and partying), but having short parents didnt help either. It's not THAT bad being short. I'd rather be 5'9+, but its not gonna happen. I just concentrate on making the most of what I have. I think being short is harder to deal with at your age than when you get older. You've still got some growing time. Don't worry too much yet.
