Im A newbie, Just wanted to know how to get started

    hi guys,

I just started working out a couple of weeks ago. I would like to know how can i get more cut and lean. I weigh 163lbs, and i'm 5'5.

My work-out schedule looks like this

    sun-bi's
    mon-shoulders
    tues-rest
    wed-chest, tri's
    thur-back, bi's
    fri-rest
    sat.-rest

The day's I work out are my only somewhat free days since I go to school and I also work. I also take whey after each of my work-out.

On Sunday I would eliminate biceps and do your legs..

If you want to get cut and lean a good diet has a lot to do with that, read the sticky by Jodi on how to get strarted on eating properly.

Well I just started working out a month and a half ago and this is my splits thanks to the help of the forum.

    Monday: Biceps/chest
    Tuesday: Legs (Quads,Hamstring,calves)
    Wednesday: Triceps/back
    Friday: Shoulders/abs

Those are 4 days i chose because like you i have High school and work.

I do cardio on Saturday and SUnday. I do HIIT for 12-15. Best time is when you first wake up in the morning.

    Hope that helps
