    How to stretch?

    Hi, Just looking for some good tips on the proper way to stretch.
    Maybee some of you can share some links that show good form,or just point me in the right direction.
    I did a "search" but only found how important it is.

    You may want to check out the Brad Appleton book on stretching. Lots of information with proper form!!!!!
