Okay I am 17 years old and I weigh a little less than 180 and im about 5'11. I want to start working out because I feel fat and weak and I don't want to anymore. I don't really want to be a huge body builder, I'd rather have a lean, cut, boxer type of body. I am totally and utterly in the dark about any type of workout, nutrition or anything of that nature. I've been looking around online for a while and was just wondering if anyone had any advice at all. Training logs, lit. about the subject, diet plans. Anything of that nature would greatly help. Thx for helpin out the n00b
