Gettin Bulky while maintaining your abs
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com ok u all...i want to get bigger. Im lifting and not doing as much cardio....cause i heard u shouldnt do too much. My question is....i still want to get a six pack...is it impossible to do that for me because im limiting cardio to get bigger? How much running should i do? currently i jog about a mile (low intensity)...and then i sprint for about equivalent of 2 laps. can i still get a more defined six pack if i limit my cardio? i eat very well and i do exercises.

Its not impossible without cardio at all, however you will have to know what you are doing in the kitchen.
Since the human body is limited, bulking while staying lean is going to depend somewhat on genetics, diet manipulation, and how long you are willing to wait. If you look even at the pros, they bulk in the off season to add or get back what they lost after dieting down. Of course they diet to extremes, but it still shows that no matter what you do, if you want to bulk fast-ER then you need to put on some weight period. "I eat very well" mean one thing for one person, and another for someone else. Too often when someone says this, they dont even know what they are eating through the day. If you are writing your diet down and being honest about everything you intake, then you are off to a good start. This is how you learn how to tweak here or there to give you the results you want. |
