i would stick to old training at pleateu..
it won't sore much by then... anyway....eveyone is greedy |

You'd need some kind of maintenance program. Perhaps twice a week, full-body workouts (just a couple of sets for each body part).
I haven't really thought too much about it, because as moon says, everyone is greedy. I'll always think that I can get stronger. I'll probably be thinking that until the day I die. |
