abs
I am 44 years old I started working out 2 years ago. My question is how do I get my abs in shape? not a 6 pack just a flater stomach! I have made good gains in size in my arms, chest neck and legs but can't get any results in abs at all. I do 2 sets of 30 crunches with weight every workout day, but nothing! I am at the weight I want to be at, so I don't want a diet, just to get a flatter look on abs. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Abs are made in the kitchen. Only a clean and proper diet will get your abs to show. You can do crunches til the sun rises and won't get anywhere unless your diet is clean.

the people here will pretty much tell you ....."Abs are made in the kitchen!" Strength/tightening is done at the gym.

Once you are at the weight you want to be at, it isn't about changing your bodyweight, it is about changing your body COMPOSITION - meaning more muscle, less bodyfat. Your weight may stay the same but with proper diet and the right program you can get those abs to show properly.

Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.
