When do you know when to move up in the weight you're lifting? Is it when you feel comfortable? At the moment, I am curling 80 lbs and would move up, but I don't think my forearms can handle it. Should I just keep curling 80 lbs until my forearms adjust to the stress.

No, I'd say move up, even in 2.5lb increments is fine.
Your forearms will catch up, its not like they're going to break off or anything. ![]() ------------------ Just another day in the gutter |

Your body has a way of dealing with things like this. If the weight were to heavy your body would let you know.
Moving up in weight is dependant on how what variables you are using to grade your progression. ------------------ Exercise, my drug of choice |
