    Unhappy Best time for Cardio?

Would it be better to do my Cardio in the morning before work or should I do it at my lunch hour. At the present time I am trying to get rid of my extra fat around the waist and was wondering which time would be better, if it is in the morning should I eat before or not?

Everyone has a different opinion on this. I have done it both ways and did not experience a big diff in fat loss.

The best time to do cardio is when you can STICK to the schedule

BTW cardio will not give you abs. Abs are made in the kitchen and a good diet will help show your abs.

I've always been told the best time for cardio is in the AM when you first wake up with a little bit of prtein in you. Just take a small shake and go for it. Or rite after your lifting. These are supposedly the two best times to do cardio for prime fat loss.
