    Give me a KILLER AB workout

    Need advice on a killer ab workout that I can do at home.

    Please include # of days per week etc....

    Currently do a 4 day split

    Mon - Chest and Tris
    Tues - Cardio (Just changed to 20 Minute HIIT)
    Wed - Back and Bis
    Thurs - Shoulders/Cardio
    Friday - Legs/Abs
    Saturday - Cardio
    Sunday - Off
