Increasing Your Vertical Jump
I'm curious to hear what everyone's suggestions are.
Whether it is for basketball, volleyball or any other sport. |

repetitive vertical jumping on boxes 2 to 4 feet tall. Jumping Rope, but try jumping as high as you can while doing it. Various Calf exercises. I gained 5 inches on my vertical doing this program when I was a junior in high school.

Lunges, Squats, Phylometrics and standing long jump are some of the ones I can think of for now.
