I am somewhat clueless when it comes to eating right. I've read the "NEWBIES: 10 Things You Must Do to Gain Mass!" post and I know I have to eat more calories, protein, and fat but I do not know what foods contain which. I was hoping someone could give me some suggestionson this and which vitamins to take as well. I bought some 100% Whey earlier, I have no problems with it other than the fact that it turns my ass into a farting machine.
Also, how long does it usually take for my muscles to recover from soreness after a workout?
