Hello everyone. I had a question. I used to train my abs...i had 6 exercises i did...and i did each exercise for 1 set...but 40 reps for each exercise...so i did 240 total reps. For example:
crunches: 1 set...40 reps
Hanging leg lifts: 1 set..40 reps...and so on...
I tried to split my abs into 2 sets tonight...for example..
crunches: 2 sets...20 reps for each set
Hangling leg lifts: 2 sets...20 reps for each set.
I broke the exercises into 2 sets this time. Does it matter what i do? do i need to split my ab exercises into two sets...or even three? help would be so awesome.

Weight:147 pounds
DB Incline Press: Repping 70 lbs in each hand.
Standing curls: Repping 60 lbs
(thats all i remember for now!)
